We bring the taste of Switzerland to Arizona. Select from our locally produced hard cheese specialities such as Raclette, Alpine style and our very own signature Mesquite cheese.
Bread and Baked Goods
Our baked bread varieties include Braided bread also known as (Challah bread) which is traditionally enjoyed by Swiss families on Sunday mornings. Furthermore we offer fresh Fondue bread to enjoy with Cheese fondue.
FARM LIVESTOCK
We take good care of our own dairy cows (coming soon) and our flock of chickens. We specialize in the production of hard cheese specialites and eggs. Every once in a while we also sell part of our flock and young heifers or bulls.
